We keep this site accurate and current, but it describes services in general terms. Nothing on it is advice for your specific situation, and nothing on it is a binding offer or a quote.

Indicative timeframes are exactly that. The only commitments that bind us are the ones in a written scope and quote we have sent you and you have accepted.

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to us, except where we say otherwise. You’re welcome to read it, share links to it, quote it with attribution, and print it. Please don’t republish it as your own.

Any work we produce for a client is dealt with in that client’s own agreement, which is where ownership of it is set out. What we commit to on every engagement is on our home page.

Where we link to someone else’s site — including work we have built for clients — we don’t control what appears there and aren’t responsible for it.

Send us real information, and don’t use the form to send unsolicited advertising, anything unlawful, or automated submissions. We may block access if it’s misused.

We aim to keep the site available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If the contact form ever fails, the page shows our email address so you can reach us directly.

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to resupplying the relevant service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.

We may update these terms; the review date at the top shows when we last did. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
