M-Modular
Construction · Light gauge steel & modular framing
A national manufacturer of light gauge steel and modular framing needed a site that could carry six product lines and a growing project portfolio, and turn builder and developer enquiries into quote requests.
A CMS-driven site on Next.js and Sanity: per-solution detail pages, a project portfolio filterable by build type, an enquiry and quote flow, and image handling that stays fast on site photography.

The questions people actually ask
How much will it cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote rather than publish a price list. You'll get a fixed price in writing before any work starts, and we'll tell you early if what you want doesn't fit the budget you have — that conversation is cheaper for both of us up front.
What happens if the project runs over?
You hear about it the moment we think the date is at risk, not on the day it slips. If the delay is ours, we absorb it and the price doesn't move. If the scope changed, or we're waiting on content or approvals from your side, we'll agree a new date with you in writing before carrying on — so nothing moves silently.
What if we don't like the design?
You see the design in the browser early rather than as a big reveal at the end, so surprises are rare by design. Your quote includes two rounds of changes on the agreed direction. And if the first concept isn't working at all, you can stop there and pay only for the work done to that point — we'd rather part cleanly than build something you don't want.
Can you work on a site or system we already have?
Yes, and it's a lot of what we do — speed and accessibility fixes, redesigns on top of existing content, moving off a platform you've outgrown, adding to an application that's already running, or taking over a codebase whose original developer has gone quiet.
Do you build more than websites?
Yes. A good part of the work is applications rather than pages: quoting and pricing, workflows and approvals, roles and permissions, reporting, and integrations with the systems you already run on. The terms don't change with the complexity — a written scope, a fixed price and a date, agreed before work starts.
Can you work inside our team rather than as a vendor?
Yes. Some clients want a finished thing handed to them; others want a senior engineer in their repository, their backlog and their standups for a stretch. Both are agreed the same way: scope, rate and an end date in writing before the first day.
Who actually does the work?
The people you deal with are the people who build your site. We don't subcontract and we don't send work offshore — every project is done in-house by senior developers. That means no junior learning on your budget, and no account manager relaying messages between you and whoever is actually writing the code.
