What we collect

What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, what kind of work you need, an optional budget range, and your message. We also record the browser identification string your browser sends with the submission, which helps us tell real enquiries from automated spam. There is no account, no login and no tracking profile.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to quote and deliver the work. Sending the form does not sign you up to anything. We will not add you to a mailing list or a follow-up sequence unless you separately and explicitly ask us to.

Who else handles it

Two service providers, and one of them means your message does travel overseas:

• Vercel hosts this website and stores submitted enquiries in a private store so that an email outage cannot lose them. That store is located in Sydney, Australia, so your enquiry is held onshore. Vercel is a US company, and it also provides our visitor analytics — which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you, though it does derive a short-lived identifier from your request, including your IP address.
• Resend delivers the notification email containing your enquiry to us. Resend is based in the United States, so the contents of your message pass through servers overseas on the way to our inbox.

We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and there are no advertising or social media trackers on this site.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, which is why you are not being asked to consent to any.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted once they are clearly no longer live. Where we do work together, we keep what we need for the project and for the records a business is required to retain.

Seeing or deleting your information

Email us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form to fill in and no charge.

Changes

If this changes we will update this page. It is a short page on purpose — if something here is unclear, ask us and we will answer plainly.
